1. The service
The Work Hub helps people discover, publish, and join community sessions and events related to The Work of Byron Katie. These draft Terms describe the conditions for using the alpha platform.
The Work Hub is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by The Work of Byron Katie, its founder Byron Katie, Byron Katie International, Inc., or The Work Foundation.
2. Accounts
Alpha membership is by invitation. Some features require an account. Provide accurate information, keep access to your account secure, and do not impersonate another person or organization. You are responsible for activities you authorize through your account.
3. Participation and boundaries
Follow the Community Guidelines and the session's disclosed participation rules. Participation is voluntary; you may decline a question, choose not to share, or leave.
The platform provides access to inquiry and community practice. It does not provide emergency response, diagnosis, or medical or psychological treatment. No particular personal, financial, or health outcome is promised.
Respect other participants' privacy. Do not share private meeting links, identities, or personal stories without permission. Recording, screenshots, transcription, and AI note-taking require the agreement described in the Community Guidelines.
4. Hosts and listings
Publish only events you are authorized to represent, using materials you have permission to share. Describe the organizer, format, language, schedule, price, credentials, and registration destination accurately.
Hosts are responsible for delivering their advertised events, keeping availability current, and notifying registered participants of material changes. Follow the Hosting & Cancellations policy and the terms disclosed for each event.
Do not imply official affiliation or present peer practice as certified facilitation without verified credentials.
5. Certification verification
Applicants must provide genuine evidence and report material changes to their credentials. We may request more information, decline an application, or remove verification if evidence is insufficient or a credential is disputed or no longer valid.

6. Your content and other people's rights
You retain ownership of your content. You give the operator non-exclusive permission to host, store, display, and make technical adaptations of it only as needed to operate the service. Access to private application evidence is described in the Privacy Notice.
Public content may be copied by others. Removing it from the platform cannot remove copies already made elsewhere.
This content permission does not authorize unrelated advertising, sale of your private content, or AI model training. Any new use would require a separate assessment and appropriate notice or consent.
Respect copyright, privacy, and other rights. Linking to official resources does not grant permission to reproduce them. Report a rights concern about a session through its reporting option, identifying the content, the right affected, and your relationship to it.
7. Zoom and external services
Zoom and external organizers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. A host's meeting settings may affect admission, duration, and recording.
Do not bypass access controls or share host-only links. Connect only a Zoom account you control. Zoom status and connection counts may be delayed and do not confirm a particular person's attendance.
8. Prices, payments, and cancellations
The Work Hub does not collect payments or issue refunds. Paid events use the host's external registration provider.
Before paying, review the seller, total price and currency, mandatory fees, and cancellation and refund terms. Contact the seller or registration provider about payments and refunds. You may report misleading listings through the Hub.
9. Misuse and moderation
Do not harass, discriminate, deceive, spam, upload malicious material, interfere with the service, or collect participant information for unrelated purposes.
We may investigate reports, restrict listings, or suspend access to address misuse. Where appropriate, we will explain an action and provide a way to ask for review. Information may be withheld to protect another person's privacy, an investigation, or a legal obligation.
10. Availability and responsibility
Listings can change, external services can fail, and availability information may be delayed. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, acceptance into every session, or the accuracy of every host statement.
The operator remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that the law does not allow to be excluded.
11. Leaving the platform and changes
You can delete your Hub account or submit a closure request through Account. Deleting your account cancels your hosted Hub sessions and removes your Hub records as described in the Privacy Notice. External bookings and accounts must be managed with their providers. Written closure requests need operator review.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated before taking effect where required. The platform will identify the applicable version and seek renewed agreement when appropriate.
